I’m Amy & I’m so happy you’re here!

My journey into holistic health began in 2015 when I enrolled in a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine), graduating in 2019 as a Qualified Clinical Nutritionist. Along the way, I discovered a passion for nervous system regulation and its powerful impact on overall wellbeing.

In 2021, I continued my studies and followed my passion for holistic health & nervous system regulation - completing a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in award-winning luxury lodges and spas across both Australia and New Zealand.

Now in 2025, I’m bringing that same sense of luxury and calm directly to you - offering therapeutic massage for women in the comfort of their own homes.
